grabs the attention of family and friends, and a Talk Confirmation Tone signals
when the other user has stopped talking. The Channel Scan feature, 22 Channels
and 38 Interference Eliminator Codes help minimize interference by providing a
choice of code combinations. In addition, the keypad can be locked to prevent
accidental channel changing. The T4900 Talkabout operates on GMRS and FRS
