FEATURES: - 4-line operation accesses four incoming lines from a single telephone (subscription to four separate lines from your telephone company is necessary)
- JOG DIAL® Control for one-finger access to directory dialing numbers and Caller ID memories simply push the button and jog up and down to find the entry you're looking for push the button again to dial the number!
- Caller ID with CALL WAITING allows you to screen the phone number and name of an incoming second call while you talk on the first (requires combination of Caller ID and Call Waiting services)
- Up to 200 Caller ID Memories with Up to 100 Number Directory is flexible to allow you the option of up to 100 permanently stored names/numbers while remembering up to 100 of your past calls. If you use less than 100 numbers in your permanent directory you can keep track of more past calls (i.e. 30 permanent/170 past calls 100 permanent/100 past calls etc.).
- SPEAKERPHONE with adjustable volume lets you talk without picking up handset for hands-free conversations convenient for pushbutton services like phone mail and bank-by-phone
- Selectable Data Port allows you to choose which line your fax/computer will use. Line 2 3 or 4
- Headset Jack is built into the base unit. You can plug in an optional headset that allows you to talk hands free
- Up to 16-Station Capability allows you to connect up to 15 more IT-M804/IT-M704 together on the same lines without having to buy expensive systems from the phone company. Can be used in any combination
- 3-line LCD display for clear presentation of Caller ID information date and time
- 16-number one-touch memory dialing gives you one-button dialing access to the business and personal numbers you call most often
- Station page allows you to announce to the phone you're calling all page allows you to announce to all phones in the system at the same time
- 3-way conference capability allows you to talk simultaneously on both lines with two separate parties

Call Transfer allows you to transfer calls to any other IT-M804/IT-704 phone
- Memory Match RingingTM Feature sounds a distinctive ring if an incoming call matches one of your 100 directory dial numbers (requires Caller ID service from phone service provider)
- Visual Message Waiting Indicator lets you know when you have a message waiting in your voice mail via red LED (Requires a subscription to voice mail service through your local telephone service provider).
- New Call Indicator indicates you have a new call via red LED.
- Busy REDIAL redials a busy number every 30 seconds for ten attempts
- Do Not Disturb allows you disable (silence) incoming call voice paging or INTERCOM rings to prevent interruptions
NOTE: This phone cannot be
wall mounted (wall mount bracket not included). However, this product can be
placed on a desk (desk mount included).
