This monochrome laser printer produces up to 8 pages per minute at 600 x 600dpi resolution (1800 x 300 dpi with image enhancement). Creates professional businessor personal documents including reports resumes proposals labels transparencies and printing from the web. Handles paper up to legal sizeand volumes up to 3000 prints per month.
The DocuPrint P8 has the largest paper capacity (250 sheets) of anylaser printer in its price range so you spend less time adding paper.
Dual parallel ports allow the printer to be shared by two personalcomputers without a network. Communicates with the PCs as to when the printer is busy.
This printer is simple to set up and simple to use. It includes theinitial supplies you need for printing - one black starter toner cartridge and one long-life drum cartridge.

Theprinter drivers are on a CD-ROM included in the box except for the Windows '98 drivers whichcan be downloaded from the Xerox web site as can all the drivers. The P8 offers several unique printing capabilities including N-upprinting which can place up to four pages of information onto one proof sheet and halftoneprinting with up to 256 levels of gray.
